PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE RETURN POLICY!
A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RETURNS EXCEPT SIZING SAMPLES USED FOR ORDERS ALREADY PLACED.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the returnee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 15 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping costs and restocking fee, or for a store credit or exchange less the shipping costs and restocking fee. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.
Please note, we are not a rental company. Due to the high rate of costly returns from production companies, movie sets, theaters etc., all sales are final to such companies.
We are happy to service you on a NO RETURNS basis.
You must follow these steps to return or exchange:
Contact our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1.800.223.8550 or e-mail to email@example.com . We will issue you a return number (RMA Number) VIA EMAIL that is to be placed on the outside of the box. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your RMA number. Repack the merchandise in the original packaging, with all tags in place.
Items must me unworn and in perfect condition. Items must come from a non-smoking environment. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange and ship the item(s) to the address provided in your RMA e-mail.
Please note, we will not accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Some items are non-returnable including but not limited to tuxedo shirts that have been unpackaged as well as embroidered and screen printed items
We are not responsible for lost or miss-labeled packages. We recommend that you use a carrier that provides tracking and/or insurance as well as follow your return instructions carefully.
Please note that Custom, altered, and special order merchandise are not returnable. This includes hemmed pants and printed merchandise. We cannot accept returns on merchandise that was purchased on sale.
